At least I'm pretty sure that's what he says. It's gotta be late 80's or early 90's. It's very soft and synth like.

thank you. i was thinking the same as the poster. i thought it was I'm not alone and searched YouTube and got nothing. just watched the video on YouTube by 10cc and i can't believe it's from 1975. i thought also it was from the late 80's-90's
